Claudia Segre<\/h3>\r\n

Her 33-year career as a trader and financial executive developed within leading Italian banking institutions. She specialized in international markets, focusing on global geopolitical dynamics and their related economic and financial correlations. She held trading floor and managerial leadership positions within the parent companies of Gruppo Intesa, UniCredit, and Credem.<\/p>\n

In 2016, she founded Global Thinking Foundation in Italy, France, and Belgium. Alongside her international relations activities with the IMF and OECD, she has combined her commitment to Womenomics with teaching in Financial Education and Gender Advocacy since 1997. She is a member of the Expert Advisory Board of the 6th Finance Committee of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, served as Chairman of the Board of Education at ACI FX International from 2012 to 2015, and is currently an Honorary Member. A founding member of ASSIOM FOREX \u2014 formerly Vice President and active within the association since 1993 \u2014 she served as Secretary General from 2009 to 2016 and currently holds the position of Managing Director of Publications, a role she has held since 2006, while also serving on the Board of Directors and the Technical Scientific Committee.<\/p>\n

Claudia Segre is a leading figure in sustainable finance and FinTech. Former Vice President of AssoFintech, she is a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of Terre des Hommes Italia, a member of the Steering Committee for Women\u2019s Inclusion, and coordinator for the Technology Working Group. She also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Italian Sustainable Investment Forum.<\/p>\n

She is also a member of the Advisory Body of the Ombudsman for the Protection of Crime Victims of the Lombardy Region and of the Technical Scientific Committee of the Observatory on Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence at the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, as well as advisor to the Bicameral Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on Femicide and all forms of gender-based violence.<\/p>\n

Named by Forbes among the Top 100 Successful Italian Women in 2019, she was also recognized among the Top 100 Global Women in Leadership by GCPIT India in 2021.<\/p>\n

She is co-author of the book Italy of Autonomies: Tested by COVID-19<\/em>. She also co-authored the publication Financial Inclusion: The Importance of Financial Literacy and the Promotion of Better Labour Market Outcomes for Women and Youth<\/em> for T6\/G20 2021, and The Financial Wellbeing Index: \u201cDonne al Quadrato\u201d and the Relevant Impact Measurement<\/em> for ISPCAN 2021.<\/p>\n

A TEDx speaker, she spoke in Riesi in 2021 on the theme \u201cIslands Towards New Frontiers\u201d<\/em> and in Cagliari in 2023 on \u201cHuman Capital\u201d<\/em>. In 2023, she was appointed Italy Country Chair for AI, Data & Cybersecurity by G100: Mission Million.<\/p>\n

Former Co-Chair of Women7, the official civil society engagement group of the G7 Summit, she currently serves as Women7 Italy Delegate for the France G7 and Advisor to the Digital Technologies Working Group.<\/p>\n

In 2025, she was appointed Vice President of Fondazione Pubblicit\u00e0 Progresso.<\/p>\n

Ortali Davide<\/strong> began his career at Banca Popolare di Ravenna and then in 1989 at CME Commissionaria di Borsa with the qualification of “Procuratore alle grida” at Borsa Italiana<\/strong> . In 1991 he became Head of the Bond Market at Monte Paschi Mercato Sim (later Intermonte Sim). In 1992 she became a member of the Borsa Italiana\/Consob Working Group for the transition from the ‘grid’ to the ‘telematic’ stock exchange. Since 2001, he has also been responsible for the Treasury of the Intermonte Group. From 1998 to 2005, he was appointed “Revisore dei Conti dell’Associazione Assobat<\/strong>“, then “Assiom<\/strong>“; subsequently, from 2005 to 2012, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the Assiom Association, then Assiom Forex, and in 2009 he became one of the “Founding Members of the Assiom Forex Association<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Also in 2005, he became a Founding Member, Managing Member and Treasurer of the “Vivisarpi<\/strong>” Neighbourhood Association.<\/p>\n

Massimo Mazzocchi<\/strong> began his career in 1985 with Caboto SIM<\/strong>, which was transformed following mergers and acquisitions into Intesa Sanpaolo<\/a>\u2019s current Operations Department, holding roles of increasing complexity over time. Since 2006 he has held the position of Head of the Securities Regulation Office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
