The Foundation relies on a Technical and Scientific Committee<\/strong>, a body made up of both academic and non-academic members, experts in economic and financial matters such as micro- and macroeconomics, public debt management, regulation and financial market legislation, as well as in the human and social sciences related to behavioral aspects such as psychology and sociology.<\/p>\n

The Technical and Scientific Committee promotes financial literacy, a process through which consumers and families improve their understanding of financial products. Educational support and the principles of economic citizenship help develop the knowledge needed to understand the risks and opportunities involved in making informed choices. All of this aims to improve personal well-being and the level of protection against fraud and over-indebtedness.<\/p>\n

Giuseppe Attan\u00e0<\/strong> began his carrier at the Banca Commerciale Italiana in 1974, with increasing management responsabilities. He held positions of responsabilities in lending decisions and in the banking marketing area of the Bank\u2019s Central Management, before moving on to the financial sector in 1992. He was then in charge of the Treasury and Forex Department in Comit, moving then to the Global Treasury Department of the IntesaBci, the Treasury and Property Trading Division in Banca Intesa and finally the Treasury Division of Intesa Sanpaolo Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is part of the board of several companies of the ISP Group, and he has been a member of Money Market Contact Group of the Bank of Italy<\/a>. He has been the President of Assiom Forex for seven years, now Honorary President. Attorney Achiropita Curti<\/h3>\r\n

Central Italy Legal Task Force Coordinator, Global Thinking Foundation<\/h4>\r\n
\r\n

Achiropita Curti graduated in Law from the University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d and is a Cassation Lawyer with extensive experience in civil, commercial, banking, and labor law, as well as in family law and administrative law.<\/p>\n

She is registered with the Rome Bar Association and, since 2015, with the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to plead before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.<\/p>\n

She has been practicing law since 2000, providing both judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance, also acting as a legal advisor in procedures for the settlement of over-indebtedness crises (Business Crisis and Insolvency Code and Law No. 3\/2012).<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, she has also developed solid expertise in alternative dispute resolution, having served as a professional mediator at the Ancona Forensic Conciliation Chamber and at the CONSOB Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber.<\/p>\n

She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of AnconAmbiente S.p.A., a wholly publicly owned company.<\/p>\n

She has further enriched her professional background through numerous advanced specialization courses and, in 2024\/2025, obtained the Post Graduate Certificate \/ Executive Master of Women on Board 2025.<\/p>\n

In addition to her legal profession, she has long been active in the Third Sector on issues of gender equality, equal opportunities, violence against women, gender-based economic violence, and the protection of minors, as well as serving as a volunteer lecturer in financial and economic education, asset management, and over-indebtedness for the Task Force \u201cProgetto Donne al Quadrato\u201d.<\/p>\n

As Coordinator of the Central Italy Legal Task Force of the Global Thinking Foundation, she oversaw the publication \u201cThe tools to address the phenomenon of over-indebtedness\u201d (March 2024, updated in November 2025) on We4, the first European multi-stakeholder networking platform on financial inclusion aimed at preventing economic violence.<\/p>\n

She is heard in legislative settings at the Senate of the Republic and the Chamber of Deputies as Coordinator of the Commission on Social and Economic Fragilities of the \u201cDitelo Sui Tetti\u201d Network.<\/p>\n

Enrico Dameri<\/strong> was the Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LIST SpA<\/a> until June 2019 and industrial information technology group for the financial securities industry, with subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Poland, Canada, India and Malaysia, since 1985.<\/p>\n

He graduated in 1979 in IT Science \u201csumma cum laude\u201d at the University of Pisa. In 1982, he was appointed Researcher at the Italian National Research Council, C.N.R. Then he was appointed Researcher in Computer Science at the University of Turin. From February 1980 to May 1985 he worked at Systems & Management SpA<\/a>: from September 1983 as Head of Research and then from February 1984 to May 1985 as Director of the Research and Development Division.<\/p>\n

From 2010 to 2017, she worked at INVEST BANCA, becoming Head of the Trading and Negotiation Office, managing operations on primary and secondary markets for international institutional clients and building a network of over 170 global counterparties in fixed income.<\/p>\n

Since 2017, she has been working as a Financial Advisor, providing advisory services on bond portfolios and specialized training. Simona Federica Maria Gaudi is a Senior Researcher at the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS), where she leads research projects on the interactions between environment, health, and vulnerability, with a particular focus on epigenetic aspects related to violence and inequalities. She is currently responsible for the EpiWE project, dedicated to studying epigenetic determinants associated with violence against women.<\/p>\n

Her scientific career, developed across Italy, France, and the United States, has focused on molecular biology and multifactorial diseases, with significant contributions to research on human endogenous retroviruses, autism spectrum disorders, and psychiatric conditions in the Mediterranean region. Marco Torre is the General Director of Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est. In his role, he is responsible for the overall governance of the organization, strategic planning, and the coordination of healthcare, social-health, and administrative activities within its jurisdiction.

\r\n

Emerico Antonio Zautzik<\/strong>, graduated in Political Science from the University of Rome in 1975, was hired by the Bank of Italy<\/a> in 1976. He obtained a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Rochester. In 1979 he was assigned to the Studies Department, where he was in charge of the Monetary Analysis Office (1985) and the Information and Statistical Processing Department (1990). Appointed in 1999 to replace the Head of the Monetary and Exchange Policy Service, in 2004 he assumed ownership of the Service itself. In 2008, he assumed ownership of the Central Bank Operations Service.<\/p>\n

In March 2012, he became the General Officer responsible for the Central Bank, markets and payment systems area. In 2014, he assumed the role of Head of the Markets and Payment Systems Department, a position he held until his retirement in 2016.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the Bank, he has participated in the work of various working groups at the OECD<\/a>, the BRI<\/a>, the EU and the International Monetary Fund<\/a>. From 1993 to 1995 he was Vice President of the Committee on Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payments Statistics established at Eurostat<\/a>, between 1997 and 1999, President of the Irving Fisher Committee, discussion forum on central bank statistical activity of the International Statistical Institute<\/a> (ISI).<\/p>\n

From 1998 to 2012 he was a member of the Market Operations Committee (MOC), between 2012 and 2016, a member of the Eurosystem IT Steering Committee and the Market Infrastructure Board, also at the ECB<\/a>. He was a member of the Markets Committee (2004-2016) and the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (2013-2016). At the Bank of Italy, he was President of the Investment Committee and the Advisory Committee on Pension Fund Management and a member of the Financial Strategies and Risks Committee.<\/p>\n

Between 2006 and 2012, he was appointed by the Bank as a representative on the Board of Directors of Assiom Forex<\/a>. Since 2017 he has been a member of the Istituto Affari Internazionali<\/a> and an honorary member of Assiom-Forex.<\/p>\n
