This statement, which is well represented in the critical competencies of citizenship, nevertheless lacks effectiveness when, at the end of their studies, students are faced with the labour market<\/strong>.
\nFor this reason, we have designed an orientation pathway that clarifies to students the dynamics and demands of the labour market.<\/p>\n

It is a course designed as an incoming orientation<\/strong> aimed at combating school dropouts<\/strong>. It is intended to incentivise students to tackle their studies with greater conviction and determination precisely because they are motivated by an understanding of the dynamics of the world of work.<\/p>\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n

The course, developed based on our now consolidated classroom experience with young people, is intended to provide concrete answers to the uncertainty of the labour market, stimulating reflection on the importance of School and non-school engagement and the need to activate resilient skills to changes in the market, technologies, fashions and time. On the other hand, the world of work is changing more and more unpredictably and at an astonishing speed. There is constantly something new to learn, a change to adapt to, and new technologies.<\/p>\n

It consists of 4 meetings of 2 hours each, structured as follows:<\/p>\n
