Global Thinking Foundation<\/strong> (GLT) was born with the mission of promoting financial education, addressing mainly women and vulnerable sections of society. Global Thinking Foundation\u2019s commitment is aimed at supporting a culture aware of savings and the value of money for the economic sustainability of families and economic growth supporting the global objectives of the 2030 Agenda, including Goal 4 and 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The founding purposes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the founding purposes, a commitment to spread knowledge and training among adults and families emerge. GLT focuses on improving the development of knowledge, skills and competences that allow making conscious economic, financial and social security choices that contribute not only to the individual and family well-being, but more specifically to the social well-being of the country.<\/p>\n

GLT also wants to \u201cprevent and combat situations deriving from economic isolation for women victims of economic violence, by implementing training and dissemination actions in support of the principles of gender equality and reduction of social damage that derive from this phenomenon which also exposes the new generations to a lack of active participation in the economic development of the country \u201c.<\/p>\n

Global Thinking Foundation sponsored World Heart Day 2025<\/strong>, coordinated in Italy by Associazione Italiana Cuore e Rianimazione \u201cLorenzo Greco\u201d Onlus, an initiative dedicated to prevention and awareness of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. The event promoted the importance of healthy lifestyles, proper nutrition, regular physical activity and periodic medical check-ups: essential tools for protecting heart health. During the day, practical advice and useful information were shared on how to recognise risk factors and reduce the chances of developing cardiovascular disease.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n

The first of the 20 little libraries<\/strong> of the project “Help us grow, give us a book”<\/strong> by GIUNTI al Punto<\/strong>, which Global Thinking Foundation supports, was handed over to the Istituto Comprensivo Statale “Giovanni XXIII – Moro”<\/strong>\u00a0in Mesagne (BR), by Lawyer Federica Montesardi, Coordinator of GLT Desk Activities.<\/p>\n

Global Thinking Foundation contributed to this initiative that brings reading to schools and hospital paediatric wards, offering the youngest children new opportunities for growth and knowledge.<\/p>\n

The Global Thinking Foundation’s Donne al Quadrato<\/strong> module 1 course started on 18 December 2024 with a series of lessons dedicated to female entrepreneurs from the well-known beauty group Avon.

Soroptimist International d’Italia<\/a> and Global Thinking Foundation<\/a> present a new Project with a high social impact aimed at boys and girls under 35 (but not only), it is called “BUILDING WELL-BEING – FIRST HOUSE: A CHOICE OF HAPPINESS”, and focuses on issues related to the acquisition of a first home.<\/p>\n

An extensive training programme to provide important knowledge tools, with a view to economic autonomy and independence: insurance coverage, savings and investments, interest rates, the choice between renting and\/or buying, costs and guarantees, buyer protection, technical evaluations on the purchase.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n

You had the opportunity to discover our latest novel dedicated to Zaha Hadid, Iraqi architect and designer, a leading figure in deconstructivism. She struggled to establish herself in an industry dominated by few women, imposing a style and new trends that dominated the international scene.<\/p>\n

These stories, based on real-life accounts collected by the foundation’s branches in Italy, were presented in collaboration with Global Thinking Foundation, which participated in comix 2023.<\/p>\n
