ORANGE THE WORLD

Orange the World is an international campaign promoted by UN Women and the UN to raise awareness against gender-based violence. The campaign runs from 25 November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) to 10 December (International Human Rights Day), for a total of 16 days of activism.

The orange colour, a symbol of optimism and hope, represents a future free from all forms of violence against women and girls. During these 16 days, people are invited to wear the orange colour and participate in awareness-raising initiatives to combat gender-based violence in all its forms, whether at home, at school, at work or in public.

Even at this time, our activism on the prevention of violence and for the rights of women and girls does not fail to make its voice heard and its support for the initiatives of our stakeholders on national, French and Belgian territory.
