Building Well-being, Nurturing Freedom
Education, health and resilience for a more informed generation
At a time when scientific evidence clearly reminds us that each additional year of education can reduce the risk of mortality by 2%, the link between knowledge and health is no longer merely a matter of perception, but a collective responsibility. Today, more than ever, education means saving lives. With this vision in mind, the “Classi della Salute” project was created to transform schools into hubs of well-being, promoting health in all its dimensions.

It is no longer enough to approach education solely in academic terms. We need to foster emotional, physical, sexual and digital literacy, empowering younger generations to become informed citizens who understand their bodies, their emotions, their rights and the risks of an increasingly connected world. Because health is not merely the absence of disease, but the ability to live life to the fullest, make autonomous choices and build one’s own path with dignity.
Investing in young people’s health through education means addressing inequalities, breaking cycles of marginalisation and equipping them with practical tools to prevent problems before they need to be treated. This is all the more urgent in a country where educational gaps and psychological distress are growing side by side, and where Generation Z is calling for greater understanding, practical tools and new ways of communicating to navigate the challenges of the present.

Through its “ Classi della Salute” project, Global Thinking Foundation responds to this call with an integrated, inclusive and innovative approach. Through workshops, creative materials, guided learning activities and the active involvement of teachers and families, health is finally addressed for what it truly is: a fundamental life skill that enables people to live freely, responsibly and with their full humanity.
In line with the Foundation’s mission, the project also focuses on preventing economic violence and financial abuse, fostering a culture of well-being that encompasses financial health. Taking care of one’s physical and mental well-being also means being able to recognise and address financial stress arising from personal circumstances, such as addiction or job insecurity, and family situations, such as over-indebtedness or domestic violence. Learning to value one’s own health is the first step towards developing resilience, autonomy and freedom of choice in every aspect of life.
The Classi della Salute project by Global Thinking Foundation aims to promote an integrated approach to well-being education for students, teachers and families, through an educational programme built around four fundamental dimensions of health: reproductive, physical, mental and digital health. Each thematic area is explored through educational materials, hands-on workshops and creative activities, with the aim of fostering awareness, prevention and a sense of responsibility.

The practical guide for teachers and families will be at the heart of the educational programme, complemented by artistic and creative tools designed to foster active learning, inclusion and intergenerational cooperation.
*“Tempo per… Te” is a dance and poetry performance created as part of the new “Classi della Salute” project. Bringing together art and mental health, it invites audiences to rediscover the value of taking time for themselves, listening to their inner selves and practising self-care amid the hectic pace of everyday life.
The performance has been turned into a documentary for schools, raising awareness of the importance of this crucial issue.

Through the universal language of dance, a symbol of freedom and self-awareness, the performance takes audiences on a journey of reflection and well-being.
Supported and produced by Global Thinking Foundation, “Tempo per te” weaves together art and social commitment, giving voice to the values of education, autonomy and the empowerment of women that have always been at the heart of the Foundation’s work.
A meeting point between art, self-awareness and personal growth, where movement becomes a language and time regains its most authentic meaning: time dedicated to oneself.
